Who we are

Instruccionarte is a Peruvian company specializing in instructional design and the production of custom e-learning materials. We have more than 8 years of experience providing e-learning services and consulting.

We support private companies, government agencies, educational institutions and entrepreneurs in Peru and Latin America. We develop multimedia products, online courses and consulting so that every organization can train its people better.

We believe a good online course is not measured by how it looks, but by what people can do after completing it. That is why we start every project by asking what should change in the learner's work or life, and only then choose formats and tools.

Our name combines two ideas that define us: instruction, understood as well-planned teaching, and the art of communicating it in an engaging, approachable way.

A multidisciplinary team

Our team brings together the roles a complete e-learning project needs, from analysis to publication.

• Instructional design: defines objectives, structure, activities and assessments.
• Pedagogy: ensures the content is understandable and applicable for each audience.
• Graphic design: creates the course's visual identity, infographics and interfaces.
• Video production: produces videos, animations and voice-overs.
• Development: builds interactions, packages courses in SCORM or xAPI and configures LMS platforms.

We work with industry-standard tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, H5P, Moodle and Canva, depending on each client's needs.

How we work

We follow a 6-step process that brings order to the project and gives the client visibility at every stage.

1. Analysis and objectives: we understand the audience, the gaps and the expected outcome.
2. Development of the learning material: we organize the content with your subject-matter experts.
3. Pedagogical review and adaptation: we turn it into a clear, practical experience.
4. Design and audiovisual production: we create the graphic and multimedia resources.
5. Final digitization of the content: we integrate everything into the agreed format.
6. Implementation and measurement: we publish, provide support and review results.

Each stage ends with your review, so corrections happen in time and there are no surprises at the end.

A project coordinator is your single point of contact. They organize meetings, share progress and make sure every piece of feedback is addressed before moving on to the next stage.
