Types of e-learning resources we produce

At Instruccionarte we produce e-learning resources in different formats, choosing each one based on the learning objective, the audience and the time available. A single course often combines several of them.

Resources can be self-paced, when the person learns independently, or support materials for an instructor or facilitator. In both cases we apply instructional design so every piece has a clear purpose.

All resources are produced with your visual identity and in the tools you prefer, such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, H5P or Canva. At the close of the project you receive the publishable files and, as agreed, the editable source files.

Format examples

These are generic examples of the formats our clients request most often:

Interactive SCORM course

A 30-minute onboarding course with interactive screens, practice questions and a final assessment. SCORM is a standard that lets the LMS record progress and scores. More details on SCORM courses.

Animated video

A two-minute video that explains a process with characters, icons and professional voice-over. It works as a module opener or as a piece for internal channels.

Infographic

A visual piece with the steps of a protocol, ready to post in the online classroom or print next to a workstation.

Interactive PDF

A guide with a table of contents, links and buttons, useful when participants have limited connectivity or need to consult the material offline.

Mobile microlearning

Three- to five-minute capsules to reinforce a topic over several weeks. Learn about our microlearning service.

Simulation

A customer service scenario where each decision leads to a different outcome. See gamification and simulations.

Podcast

Short episodes with interviews or case studies, so people can learn while on the move. It is a good complement for field teams or people with little screen time.

How to request a demo

You can request a private demo to see examples of the formats you are interested in. Many projects are protected by confidentiality agreements, so we prepare representative samples instead of publishing client courses.

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at 935 078 563 or use the contact form.
  2. Tell us your industry, your audience and the topic you want to train on.
  3. We schedule a short video call to show you examples and answer your questions.

If needed, after the demo we send you a proposal with recommended formats and scope. You can also share your current material, such as a presentation or a manual, and we will suggest how to turn it into an e-learning resource.

Free guides from our blog

Our free guides help you plan an e-learning project before requesting a quote. They are written for training managers, HR teams and academic coordinators.

How to choose the right format

The right format depends on what the person must be able to do at the end. These guidelines will point you in the right direction:

  • To understand a concept, animated videos and infographics work well.
  • To complete and document required training, a SCORM course with assessment is best.
  • To reinforce over time, mobile microlearning and podcasts.
  • To practice decisions, a simulation.
  • To consult later, an interactive PDF.

If you are unsure, e-learning consulting helps you define the ideal mix.

An example combination: an animated video introduces the topic, a SCORM course develops the content and assesses it, an infographic remains as reference material, and three microlearning capsules reinforce what was learned over the following month. That way each format plays a different role and learning is sustained over time.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions about Resources and portfolio, answered

Can I see examples of courses you have developed?

Yes, through a private demo. Many projects are confidential, so we show representative samples of each format tailored to your industry.

What do I need to request a demo?

Just tell us your industry, the audience you want to train and the topic. With that we select relevant format examples and schedule a short video call.

Which format is best for my training?

It depends on the goal. To record progress and scores, a SCORM course is best; to reinforce learning, microlearning; to practice decisions, a simulation. Often the best solution combines several formats.

Do the resources work on phones?

Yes. We design courses, videos, infographics and microlearning capsules to display well on phones, tablets and computers.

Are the blog guides free?

Yes. All guides and the glossary are freely available. You can use them to plan your project or prepare an internal requirements document.

Can you produce a single standalone resource, such as a video or an infographic?

Yes. We produce individual pieces or complete programs. Check out our educational video services or contact us for a quote.
