What cookies are and why we use them
This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. Similar technologies, such as pixels, tags or local storage, serve similar functions and are treated the same way in this policy.
On the Instruccionarte website, operated by GRUPO DE SOLUCIONES CREATIVAS S.A.C. (RUC 20607431117), we use cookies to make the site work and, only if you accept them, to measure its use and show relevant advertising. When a cookie allows you to be identified, the information is processed in accordance with Law No. 29733 (Peru's Personal Data Protection Law) and our privacy policy.
Types of cookies we use
We use three types of cookies, and only the necessary ones are loaded without your permission.
Necessary cookies
They allow the website to work: protecting contact forms against abuse and remembering your cookie choice. They do not require consent.
Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to learn, in aggregate, which pages are visited, for how long and from which devices. We use that information to improve our content. They are only activated if you accept them.
Marketing cookies
They are set by advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and Google Ads to measure our campaigns and show you ads related to our services. They are only activated with your consent.
Our own cookie-free visit counter
In addition, the website has its own visit counter that does not use cookies or persistent identifiers. It records aggregate data, such as the page visited and the date, to know which content is viewed most.
It does not create profiles, does not share information with third parties and does not allow you to be identified. That is why it works even if you reject analytics cookies.
Example cookie table
The following table is illustrative. The specific list may vary depending on the active tools and is shown in the banner's settings panel.
| Cookie (example) | Type | Provider | Purpose | Approximate duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cookie consent | Necessary | First-party | Store your choice in the banner | Up to 12 months |
| Form protection | Necessary | First-party | Prevent automated or abusive submissions | Session |
| _ga, _ga_* | Analytics | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguish visits and measure usage | Up to 24 months |
| _gcl_au | Marketing | Google Ads | Measure campaign conversions | About 3 months |
| _fbp | Marketing | Meta | Measure campaigns and show ads | About 3 months |
| _ttp | Marketing | TikTok | Measure campaigns and show ads | Set by the provider |
How you decide: the consent banner
The first time you visit the website, a banner appears with three options: accept all, reject non-necessary cookies or configure by category. Until you decide, only necessary cookies are loaded.
Rejecting is as easy as accepting and does not limit your access to the website or our services. If you reject analytics cookies, your visit will not be included in Google Analytics statistics; if you reject marketing cookies, you will still see advertising, but it will not be based on your visit. You can change your decision from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
How to configure or delete cookies in your browser
In addition to the banner, you can block or delete cookies from your browser:
- Google Chrome: Settings, Privacy and security, Third-party cookies.
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings, Privacy & Security, Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Settings, Privacy, Manage Website Data.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings, Cookies and site permissions.
Menu names may change with each version. You can also limit personalized advertising from the ad settings of your Google, Meta or TikTok accounts.
Third-party cookies and changes to this policy
Third-party cookies are managed by external providers, which may be located outside Peru and process the information according to their own policies. They are only activated if you accept them.
We will update this policy when we add or remove tools, or due to regulatory changes. For the other terms, please review the legal notice. If you have questions, email us at contacto@instruccionarte.com.
