Taught by professionals who design and produce e-learning courses in their day-to-day work.

Live online or on-site

AI used wisely

Use artificial intelligence to speed up production without sacrificing instructional quality.

What our e-learning training is and who it is for

It is a set of hands-on courses and workshops that teach your team to create its own online courses, from concept to publication. We combine instructional design, tool skills and production best practices.

It is designed for training, HR and L&D teams that want to produce in-house content. It also serves faculty and academic coordinators at universities, institutes and schools who work with virtual classrooms.

Government agencies that train their staff or the public also benefit from it. The goal is for every participant to leave with skills they can apply the following week.

This is not a theoretical pedagogy course. Every topic is learned by applying it to a concrete project, so training to build e-learning courses turns into real progress for your organization.

Problems it solves for your team

It closes the gap between knowing a subject and knowing how to teach it digitally. Many experts master their field, but their online courses end up as long slide decks that nobody finishes.

  • Courses that fail to engage: the team learns to structure objectives, activities and assessments that hold learners' attention.
  • Total dependence on vendors: small changes or updates no longer require a new contract.
  • Tools purchased but underused: authoring software licenses finally start paying off.
  • Disorganized virtual classrooms: teachers organize their Moodle courses better and use activities with purpose.
  • Improvised use of AI: safe practices are defined for generating drafts, images and questions.

It also helps align standards. When several departments produce courses on their own, each uses a different style. Training establishes a common language, templates and a shared way of reviewing quality.

Courses and workshops we offer

We offer five training tracks you can take separately or combine into a complete program. Each includes guided practice and reference materials.

Instructional design for e-learning

How to turn a syllabus into an effective online course. Topics include learning objectives, models such as ADDIE, scripts, activities and aligned assessments. You can explore the topic further in our guide on digital learning strategy.

Authoring tools

Hands-on workshops with industry tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite or H5P. Participants learn to build interactions and quizzes and to export SCORM packages.

Moodle for teachers

Organizing the virtual classroom, resources, activities, forums, assignments, quizzes, the gradebook and student tracking.

Educational video production

Short scripts, recording with simple equipment, basic editing, subtitles and best practices for video length. It complements our educational video services.

AI for content creation

Responsible use of AI assistants to draft text, generate questions, create images and speed up production, always with human review.

What each participant receives

  • Reference materials with guides, templates and checklists.
  • Worked exercises and annotated examples.
  • Feedback on the products they create during the course.
  • A certificate of participation upon meeting the agreed requirements.

Formats: live online, on-site and custom

You can choose the format that best fits your team's schedule and location. All of them keep the same hands-on approach.

  • Live online: synchronous videoconference sessions with real-time exercises, plus recordings for review when agreed.
  • On-site (in-company): in-person workshops at your offices, ideal for groups working together on the same project.
  • Custom: we build a dedicated program with the topics, duration and level you need, using your real courses as practice material.

We can also combine formats, for example an in-person kickoff workshop followed by online follow-up sessions.

For longer programs we recommend weekly sessions, with short assignments in between. That way participants apply what they learn on the job and come to the next session with specific questions.

How we run a training program

We work in four short stages so the training addresses what your team really needs. Timelines depend on the scope and are agreed at the start.

  1. Assessment: we discuss your goals, the participants' profile and the tools available.
  2. Program design: we propose a syllabus, duration, format and exercises based on your cases.
  3. Delivery: we lead the sessions with guided practice and provide reference materials.
  4. Wrap-up and follow-up: we review the products created and give recommendations for continued progress.

A one-off workshop can be organized within a few weeks; a custom program requires somewhat more preparation.

During the assessment stage we can also review, if you wish, one or two courses your team has already produced. That review highlights strengths and areas for improvement, and steers the syllabus toward what is needed most.

Use cases

These are typical scenarios where our training adds immediate value.

  • An HR department that wants to produce its own onboarding course and needs to learn how to script it and build it in Rise 360.
  • An institute migrating to Moodle that trains its faculty to organize their classrooms and assess online.
  • A government agency training an in-house team to update its compliance courses every year.
  • A training team adopting AI that needs clear rules to use it without compromising quality.

If you prefer to outsource production, we also offer custom e-learning development.

In every case, the team finishes the training with a deliverable of its own: a validated script, a published module or a reorganized virtual classroom. That product serves as a model for future courses.

What determines the price of training

The price depends on the scope of the program, not on a fixed rate. The main factors are:

  • Number of hours and sessions.
  • Number of participants per group.
  • Format: live online, on-site or blended.
  • Level of customization with your own cases and materials.
  • Follow-up support or review of deliverables.
  • Location, for in-person workshops outside Lima.

With that information we send you a clear proposal with no hidden costs.

If your organization needs to train several groups on different dates, we can plan an annual program that organizes groups, dates and topics in a single proposal.

Why train with Instruccionarte

Because we teach what we have done every day for more than 8 years: designing and producing e-learning courses for companies, government agencies and educational institutions. Our team brings together instructional design, pedagogy, graphic design, video production and development.

That lets us teach with real examples and anticipate the most common mistakes. And we are not tied to a single tool: we help you choose the one that best fits your needs.

Tell us what your team wants to learn and we will put together a proposal. Message us on WhatsApp at 935 078 563 or fill out the contact form.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions about Training, answered

Do I need prior experience to take the instructional design courses?

No. We have beginner levels for those just starting out and advanced workshops for experienced teams. During the assessment we determine your group's starting point.

Do you issue a certificate?

Yes, we issue a certificate of participation to those who meet the agreed attendance and activities. The format is defined in the proposal.

Are the online sessions recorded?

We can record them if agreed in the proposal. Recordings are useful for review, but we recommend attending live to make the most of the guided practice.

Do I need to buy software licenses for the authoring tools workshop?

It depends on the tool. Some offer trial periods and others are open source, such as H5P. We advise you before the workshop so nobody arrives without access.

Can you deliver the training at our offices?

Yes, we offer on-site (in-company) training. We coordinate dates, required equipment and connectivity so the workshop is hands-on.

How many people can participate per group?

We recommend small groups for hands-on workshops, because they allow us to review each participant's work. Larger groups can be split across several sessions.

Can you use our own courses as practice material?

Yes, and that is what we recommend. Working with your real content makes the learning immediate and you leave with concrete progress.

Does the Moodle course work for any version of the platform?

We work with current versions and adapt the exercises to your virtual classroom's configuration. If your institution uses an older version, we review it during the assessment.

How is artificial intelligence used in course creation?

It is used to generate drafts, activity ideas, questions or images. In the workshop we teach participants to review everything with instructional judgment and to protect confidential information.

How long does a training program last?

It ranges from a short workshop of a few hours to programs lasting several weeks. The duration depends on the chosen topics and the team's level.

Do you offer support after the course?

Yes, as an option. We can review the courses your team produces after the training and give you targeted feedback.

How do I request a proposal?

Message us on WhatsApp at 935 078 563 or email contacto@instruccionarte.com. With a brief description of your team and goals, we will send you a tailored proposal.
