Benefits
Reach public servants and citizens across the country without relying on in-person events.
We apply subtitles, contrast, alt text and orderly navigation from the design stage.
We translate regulations and procedures into simple messages without losing accuracy.
We adapt examples, images and, if required, languages to the context of each region.
We deliver standard packages that work on the platform your agency already uses.
Documented deliverables and participation records for your management reports.
It is the design and production of online courses to strengthen the skills of public servants and to inform or educate citizens. Courses are published on a virtual learning platform and each participant progresses at their own pace. They can also be combined with live sessions or tutoring in a blended model.
At Instruccionarte we work with ministries, affiliated agencies, regional governments, municipalities, social programs and state-owned companies. We serve human resources offices, institutional training schools and departments that run training programs for the public.
Our role is to turn regulations, guides and procedures into clear, accessible and measurable learning experiences. That way, training no longer depends on an available speaker and becomes an institutional asset that is reused under each administration.
Online training helps solve the coverage, comprehension and follow-up challenges typical of government. These are the most common:
A well-designed course can be reused across several cohorts and keeps the same standard for all participants.
We develop courses for two main audiences: the agency's staff and the citizens it serves.
Institutional onboarding, ethics and integrity, citizen service, internal process management, use of systems, occupational health and safety and sexual harassment prevention.
Open courses on administrative procedures, rights, entrepreneurship, health, financial literacy, prevention or the agency's services. We prioritize short messages, relatable examples and simple activities.
Many agencies already have a virtual classroom, often on Moodle. We deliver courses as SCORM packages or in native formats so your IT team can publish them without relying on third parties. If needed, we also support you with platform implementation.
Each example combines different formats depending on the audience, connectivity and the time people can dedicate to the course.
A public course must be usable and understandable by everyone it is intended for. That's why we build in these criteria from the design stage, not at the end:
Images and examples reflect the country's diversity so every participant feels represented.
Before publishing, we test the course with basic screen readers, on mid-range phones and over slow connections. If the agency has pilot users, we incorporate their feedback in a final round of adjustments.
We apply our 6-step process, with deliverables and sign-offs at each stage that make oversight easier for the requesting department.
Timelines are adjusted to the service schedule and the requesting department's review times.
We can take part in the procurement procedures the agency launches, as long as we meet the conditions of each case. Requirements for experience, staff profiles and documents depend on each process and its terms of reference.
That's why we carefully review each call for proposals before submitting a bid. We recommend checking the current procurement regulations and coordinating with your procurement department.
During execution we deliver the documentation that is usually requested: work plan, approved scripts, progress reports, source files and sign-off records or certificates of conformity, as established in the terms of reference.
If your agency is still defining the requirement, we can help you specify the technical scope: target audience, number of courses, duration, formats and accessibility criteria. A clear requirement makes it easier to evaluate proposals and reduces questions during the process.
The budget depends on the technical scope and the volume of production. These factors carry the most weight:
