How to request a quote
To get a quote, send us a message through the channel you prefer: WhatsApp 935 078 563, email contacto@instruccionarte.com, phone +51 935 078 563 or the form on this page. Our business hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Lima time, UTC-5).
If your project calls for it, we set up a short online meeting to understand the context before preparing the proposal. The quote states the scope, deliverables, estimated timeline and payment terms, so you can compare it at your own pace.
What information to send us
The more details you share, the more accurate the quote will be. Tell us about:
- Goal: what people should be able to do after completing the course.
- Audience: who the course is for and how many people will take it.
- Length or number of slides: an estimate of the course duration or number of screens.
- Existing material: presentations, manuals, videos or a previous classroom course.
- LMS: the platform where it will be published, if you already have one.
- Deadline: the date you need the course ready.

Response times
We reply to messages during business hours, usually within one business day. Simple quotes are ready quickly; projects with several courses may require a preliminary meeting. Your data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
