Plan: strategy and consulting

Every effective program starts with clear objectives. Through our e-learning consulting we review your current training, identify gaps and set priorities.

If you already have classroom courses, we assess which ones are worth moving to a digital format and how to do it. That way you invest first where the impact is greatest.

Implement and measure: the LMS platform

A good course needs a platform to publish it and track progress. With our LMS platform implementation service, we help you choose between Moodle and a cloud LMS, configure the platform and upload your courses.

We also set up progress and compliance reports. With them you can show who has been trained and identify who needs reinforcement.

Measurement closes the cycle. Using progress, score and time data, we review with you what worked and what should be adjusted in the next version of the program. That way your digital training improves with every edition.

If you would rather not manage servers, we can also point you toward a managed, hosted Moodle virtual classroom, so your team can focus on the courses rather than the infrastructure.

Strengthen: training for your team

If you want your staff to produce their own courses, we offer training in instructional design, authoring tools, Moodle, educational video and AI. Sessions can be live online or in-company.
